CRDP is directly linked to the Minister of Education and Higher Education.
Coordination between CRDP and the educational administration takes place through an advisory board composed of Heads of Units directly linked to the Minister of Education and Higher Education and headed by the Minister or someone he/she assigns.
Work that must be presented to the Advisory Board:
    School curricula
    Draft educational plans
    Regulations of textbooks, publications and other educational tools to be adopted
    Production of textbooks, publications and educational tools
    Technical and health conditions and specifications to be met in school buildings
    The conditions required for candidates to work in all stages and fields of education except for university education
    The general standards for setting Official Exams questions
    Educational training projects (except for training CRDP’s staff, employees and corresponding units)
Work Subject to the Approval of the Council of Ministers:
    Participating in scientific and cultural conferences outside Lebanon
    Sending the various staff of CRDP on training, informational or specialized tasks
    Providing educational services and consultancy to international institutions or governments
    Developing school curricula
    Accepting or rejecting donations from the non-Lebanese 
    Designing draft educational plans
    Setting the conditions required for candidates to work in all stages and fields of education except for university education
Work Subject to the Approval of the Minister:
    CRDP rules of procedure and the regulations of its work or in the units associated with it
    Leases
    Transactions of work and supplies worth more than 35,000,000 L.L.
    Accepting or rejecting donations from the Lebanese
    Educational services and consultancy to be provided to national public and private institutions
    Regulations of adopted textbooks, publications and other educational tools 
    Production of textbooks, publications and educational tools
    Technical and health conditions and specifications to be met in school buildings
    Reconciliations
    The general standards for setting Official Exams questions
    Educational training projects (except for training CRDP’s staff, employees and corresponding units)
